By registering for the 2026 WEF/WRA Industrial Water Solutions Conference (“Event”), I attest to and accept the terms and conditions outlined below: 1. I will abide by all safety and health requirements and protocols for the Event and acknowledge and agree that my failure to do the same may result in my removal from the Event and all related activities without any refund or reimbursement. 2. I acknowledge the contagious nature of any communicable disease and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by any such communicable disease by attending the Event; and 3. I agree not to sue or bring any action in law or in equity, discharge, and hold harmless the Water Environment Federation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and each of them, from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my attendance at the Event including, but not limited to, claims relating to any possible exposure to or contraction of a communicable disease before, during and after the Event. 4. I agree that the Water Environment Federation (“WEF”) or the Water Reuse Association (“WRA”) shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to my personal property caused by or in connection with my participation in the Event, unless caused directly by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of WEF or WRA. 5. I agree that if any term or provision of this Event Participation Agreement and Waiver and Release is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that invalidity, illegality or unenforceability will not affect any other term or provision herein nor invalidate or render unenforceable that term or provision in any other jurisdiction.

WEF/WRA strives to provide an inclusive experience for all at its Events and, to do so, may provide the following: • Food & beverage labeling for allergens and dietary observations • Lactation/nursing room • Reserved/accessible seating • Scooter rentals Should you have any request to ensure you will have an inclusive experience, please email Registration@wef.org by May 22, 2026. Indicate if you want a member of the Event Staff to contact you directly to discuss your individual requests. While it is not always possible to do so, WEF/WRA Event Staff will endeavor to work with you to accommodate your requests before the Event begins; Event Staff will also try to accommodate requests received onsite. Allergens and Food Safety Food and beverages may be served or sampled during the Event. As allergens may be present in any food and beverage, Event Participants are responsible for managing their food allergies by notifying Registration@wef.org of meal restrictions before the Event and, during the Event, monitoring with onsite catering staff.
