Event Information
- How do I receive my badge and conference materials?
- You can pick up your conference badge and materials on the following days:
- Monday, November 10: From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Embassy Suites, located across from the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
- Tuesday, November 11 and Wednesday, November 12: Starting at 7:00 AM at the registration desk inside the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
- You can pick up your conference badge and materials on the following days:
- How do I modify my registration details after registering?
- You can edit your contact information, add tours, and print receipts via the Registration Resource Center. To access the RRC you will need to know the email address and badge number – found on the confirmation email.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Full refund if cancellation is received by October 3, 2025. Half-refund if cancellation is received by October 17, 2025. Cancellations after October 17, 2025 are non-refundable.

Parking Garage:
Located at 500 S. Brevard St., our secure, covered parking garage offers the following rates:
- First 30 minutes: $4
- Each additional 30 minutes: $3
Parking Lot:
Our parking lot, with an entrance at 501 S. Caldwell St., has a flat daily rate of $12.
