- How do I receive my badge and conference materials?
- You can pick up your conference badge and materials on the following days:
- Monday, October 5: From 12:00 - 5:00 PM in the Foyer of the Grand Ballroom of the Huntington Convention Center
- Tuesday, October 6 and October 7: Starting at 7:00 AM in the Foyer of the Grand Ballroom of the Huntington Convention Center
- You can pick up your conference badge and materials on the following days:
- How do I modify my registration details after registering?
- You can edit your contact information, add tours, and print receipts via the Registration Resource Center. To access the RRC you will need to know the email address and badge number – found on the confirmation email.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancelation Policy: Full refund if cancellation is received by September 4, 2026. Half-refund if cancellation is received between September 5, 2026 and September 18, 2026. Cancellations after Setepmber 18, 2026 are non-refundable.
