All attendees are required to attend both days of the conference, including the full training session on October 6 and all scheduled congressional meetings on October 7.
These terms and conditions govern participation in the APA's 2025 Federal Advocacy Conference. By registering for and/or participating in the Event, you agree to these terms and conditions and to the APA's Participation Policy, and Privacy Policy. APA reserves the right to remove any person from the Event if APA, in its sole discretion, determines that the person has not complied with these terms, has failed to abide by health precautions, or if their participation or behavior otherwise disrupts or interferes with the Event. All registration fees for the Event are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable.  APA strives to ensure that materials presented at its meetings are accessible to all attendees, including those with disabilities. If you have questions about the accessibility of the Event, please contact us at 202-559-3900 or apa@psych.org for assistance.  Photographs, audio and/or video recordings may be taken by APA and/or third parties authorized by APA during the Event. These images and recordings may be published, displayed, distributed or otherwise used by APA for marketing and publicity in its publications, on its website, and/or in social media. Registering for or participating in the Event constitutes your consent to the recording, display, use and distribution of your likeness, image, name, voice and/or words, if captured in such recordings, for informational, publicity, promotional, educational, reporting and/or any other legal purposes without any further approval from you or any payment to you.  WARNING: APA has heard from members and vendors that companies have sent them unsolicited offers to sell APA's membership list and/or list of Event registrants. These messages are not related to APA and may be a scam. APA has no relationship with and has not provided member or attendee contact information to companies claiming to be selling such lists.
