If you are a CSDA or RIDA member, enter your ADA number - OR - your Last Name and Zip Code. The registration system will direct you to the appropriate member pricing.

Option 1: Search by ADA Number

Please enter your ADA Number and click the "Search by ADA Number" button to continue.

Option 2: Search by Last Name and Zip Code

Please enter your Last Name and Zip Code and click the “Search by Last Name and Zip” button to continue.

If you are not a member, click “Continue” to register. This includes: ADA Member and Non-member Dentist, Hygienist, Dental Assistant, Dental Office Staff, Lab Owner/Tech, Resident/Student.
