Important Dates

The early-bird registration rates will end at 11:59pm (CT) on March 28, 2025.

Cancellations received in writing by 11:59pm (CT) April 25, 2025 will receive a full refund less the $75 administrative fee. Refunds will not be available for cancellations after this date. Please submit all written cancellation requests to Registration Services at registration@facs.org.

Visa Letter Request

Please access this link and fill out the form in its entirety. Once we receive this complete form, we can provide you with a visa letter of invitation.

Please note its It’s extremely important for you to use the services of a VAC (Visa Application Center) as they are private companies that have formal contracts with the Government of Canada. VAC’s will guarantee you do not miss anything in your application.
